Room are clean, spacious, with modern design. The breakfast is very nice, the staff are very nice, had an enjoyable stay here.
Nice , quiet hotel and friendly staff. Clean rooms and good amenities however just one detail as they forgot to give us shampoo, slight mishap perhaps from housekeeping to put 2 shower gels and 1 conditioner but overall service was good.
Not nice the surrounding area atall. Does not feel safe. Bed was rock hard. Breakfast was nice staff were brilliant and accommodating. Mini fridge was a good addition. The fitness suite needs improvement it was absolutely roasting in there, the AC was never on. Nice modern hotel though feel like somewhere you would want to stay. Had a meal and dessert from the restaurant and was nice too. Would appreciate some better coffee options in the room for the price we pay, tea offerings were nice though.
Well located, modern hotel with great service and location. The decor and finish of the rooms and overall building is luxurious and minimalistic. The reception offered us complimentary drinks as it was our anniversary which was a nice touch. The only downside was the bathroom, or specifically the shower. The shower head was a little awkward and also soaked the floor. Otherwise a lovely stay.
One thing I like the most about this hotel is the breakfast, rooms are okay, however, I do think the sound proofing system needs to be better. Felt like I could hear things from other rooms. Also, I called reception one time and they didn’t pick up, that was the only major let down, otherwise, location is great and close to major attractions
My stays in Manchester are often in other hotels. This time due to limited availability I decided to stay at AC hotel Manchester city centre. Exceptional stay. Breakfast was one of the best I have had. Outstanding service delivered by Shubh who even made me a fantastic mixed fruit punch. Give this man a promotion ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
Truly superb! Excellent professional welcoming staff. The room was, as always, clean and tidy and a pleasure to stay in. The breakfast had a great selection for all requirements. When I visit Manchester again it would definitely be a place I would like to stay at again.
